Returns/Refunds
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, and all sales are final.
Bromstad Printing Co. is unable to offer refunds on items that have already shipped but may be experiencing delays. In the chance that your item is declared officially lost, a replacement can be made.
Damaged Items
Should you find that your items have arrived with any damage, please reach out to info@bromstadprinting.co and we will be happy to help arrange a replacement or refund. Let me see how we can make you happy! I attempt to answer requests within 24–48 hours and find a way to resolve the issue.
Keep in mind risograph printing can be expected to always feature small quirks to every print, including but not limited to variances in ink density across large flats, errant dark or light spots, and slight misregistration between colors. That's just the nature of the medium!
If you are however unsatisfied with the item you've received, send us an email and we'll be in touch to see if there's anything we can do.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days. We ship via UPS and USPS from our fulfillment center in Virginia. Delivery estimates at checkout indicate the time to ship after the package is with the carrier.
Shipping delays are unpredictable. Once a package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. If there is an occasion or celebration with a time sensitive date that you need a card for, consider ordering further in advance just in case it takes longer for your item to arrive. Even better, think about getting several cards at once to have for the year to always be available for just those times.
Tracking says delivered but the package is not in my mailbox!
USPS works in mysterious ways. Oftentimes things will be marked delivered but won't actually show up for another day or two. Be patient! If things are still missing, it is best to be in touch with your local post office to start the process for missing mail.
Do you offer local pickup?
Due to the volume of orders I am currently processing, local pickup is no longer available at this time. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!
