Are all sales final?

All sales are final. Unfortunately we are unable to absorb the cost of accepting returns. If you by misfortune receive a damaged print or product, please report it to info@bromstadprinting.co so we can arrange a replacement.

 

What’s up with shipping?

Shipping costs can vary a lot based on distance and weight, and the shopping cart doesn’t always get it right. We may need to assess/refund additional shipping fees depending on what ends up shipping with what.

As a general rule, all art prints ship in 12”x18” stay-flat cardboard mailers with a recycled cardboard backing board. Paper goods will be packaged inside recycled, resealable plastic bags for protection against water damage in transit.

Apparel ships from a third party and will arrive in a polymer bag shipper.

We’ve made every effort use recycled and reused materials in our packaging. Part of this initiative includes waiting to ship all items in an order until all items are ready to ship.

 

Can I do local pickup?

Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for an email letting you know where to pickup your order! Pickup location is in Reynoldstown, Atlanta.
